David is accountable for the Group’s financial welfare with the support of the Group’s financial team. He ensures that necessary controls exist and are being maintained at all levels throughout the business. David has overall responsibility for the company’s compliant status with external regulatory authorities and presents to the Board on a monthly basis the Group’s management results. He also has overall responsibility for all aspects of the Group’s financial back office systems.
David joined the Group in 2001 to head up the Finance Division. As a qualified accountant he has previously worked within the construction, retail and legal sectors where he acquired the necessary experience to deal with all aspects of business finance and accountancy. Assisting in the successful acquisition of Medway Travel Ltd in 2011 he has been instrumental in streamlining and incorporating the business to flourish now as part of the Group.
