As a Business Travel Team Leader, Lauren jointly oversees the day-to-day Business Travel team, working closely with our clients, ensuring their needs are being met and service levels are adhered to.
Lauren joined CT Business Travel as a Junior Business Travel Consultant in 2016 and has worked with a variety of clients, managing their UK domestic and global travel. She excelled in her consulting role and was recently promoted to Team Leader, playing an essential role within the business in providing a vital link between senior management and our clients and ensuring that we provide the best possible service for all our clients.
