Border force strikes expected at Heathrow Airport on 31 May and 1-2 June

REDUCE YOUR TRAVEL COSTS

After staging a four-day walkout in April and early May, Heathrow Airport border force staff are striking once again in protest over changes to their working conditions.

The strikes are set to take place on May 31st, June 1st and 2nd. Staff in terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 will also refuse to work overtime for three weeks from June.

A spokesperson from Heathrow Airport said it is “working closely with the Home Office and Border Force on contingency plans”, adding that previous industrial action at Heathrow has “been managed successfully”.
