Cathay Pacific has resumed flights from the UK to Hong Kong following the easing of travel restrictions.
Hong Kong has recently lifted the travel ban of nine countries including the UK, Australia, Canada, France, India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines and the US. Fully vaccinated Hong Kong residents from these countries will be allowed to enter provided they have proof of a negative Covid test within 48 hours of departure. Travellers will need to quarantine on arrival for seven days.
Hong Kong airport has also lifted its transit ban meaning passengers can connect to onward destinations such as Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
