CT Business Travel has proved itself, once again, to be at the forefront of delivering high levels of customer service following the results of its recent annual Uniglobe customer satisfaction survey.
85% of clients rated the service they received as Excellent or Very Good, with 91% saying they wouldn’t hesitate in recommending CT Business Travel to others.
The aim of the survey is to see how well we’re doing and if we’re meeting our customer service promise, but also to identify where there may be room for improvement.
