CT Business Travel Demonstrate Their High Levels of Customer Service

A recent Uniglobe customer satisfaction survey has highlighted, once again, the high levels of customer service provided by CT Business Travel.

The annual survey, which was sent to all CT Business Travel clients, was received very well, with all questions scoring higher than, or on par with, previous years.

86% of clients said they would recommend CT Business Travel to someone else. Not only has this figure increased compared to last year but, for the third year running, this figure has been above 80%.

When asked if they were consistently receiving positive customer service from their consultant, 87% of clients scored CT Business Travel the highest scores possible.

The aim of the survey is to ensure our clients are receiving the high levels of service expected of CT Business Travel as well as identifying areas that may need improvement.
