Between 22nd – 28th February, the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class Wing at London Heathrow Airport will be temporarily closed due to essential improvements.
A Virgin Atlantic spokesperson explained: “To support our Upper Class customers and Flying Club Gold members with departing flights during the temporary closure, passengers will be advised to use the Terminal 3 departures drop-off and check-in desks located on the ground floor of Zone A, before being directed to Heathrow Fast Track security on level 1”.
From now until 21st February: The Upper Class Wing drop-off, check-in and private security channel are open, but there is a temporary entrance into the Upper Class Wing from the terminal. Follow the signs on the hoarding to the temporary entrance on the right.
22nd-28th February: The whole of the Upper Class Wing will be closed during this time, so make your way to the Terminal 3 departures drop-off and Upper Class check-in before heading to Heathrow Fast Track security on level 1.
29th February to 13th May: The Upper Class Wing drop off and check in area will be open, but the private security channel won’t be yet. After you’ve checked in and dropped off your bags, follow the signs to Heathrow Fast Track security, level 1.
If you have made a booking with us that is affected, we will make every effort to keep you fully informed. We also strongly recommend that you check with the appropriate airline for the very latest information. You can find out more about the Upper Class Wing here.
