The Accor group have announced that they will be opening their first luxury Raffles brand UK Property in central London on 29th September.
Raffles London at the OWO forms part of the much-anticipated redevelopment of the historic Old War Office building in Whitehall which is famous for being used by Sir Winston Churchill during the Second World War.
The Westminster based hotel has been under development for eight years and will consist of 120 rooms and suites and 85 branded residences in addition to meetings and events spaces. This includes the 678sqm Whitehall Ballroom which can cater for up to 700 guests along with the Morse and Code meeting rooms.
The OWO complex will include nine restaurants and three bars including a rooftop venue with views across some well-known locations in London including St James’s Park, The Mall and Buckingham Palace.
