Singapore has removed its pre-departure test requirement for fully vaccinated international travellers from 26th April.
The new change applies to all fully vaccinated travellers arriving by land, air or sea checkpoints and also non-fully vaccinated children aged 12 and under.
The news means all vaccinated passengers can now enter Singapore quarantine-free and without taking any Covid-19 tests. Non-fully vaccinated adults are currently not able to enter Singapore unless travelling for compassionate reasons or those who aren’t able to have the vaccine.
Michael Rodriguez, Area Director Northern and Southwestern Europe at Singapore Tourism Board, said:
“Following the successful launch of the Vaccinated Travel Framework earlier this month and with the removal of pre-departure testing requirements, we are excited to welcome fully vaccinated travellers back to experience a reimagined Singapore.
“Our Ministry of Health has continued to monitor the local and global Covid-19 situation and has taken a measured approach to gradually easing restrictions to allow for safe travel.”
