Pilots at Lufthansa are striking on Friday 2nd September from 00:01 to 23:59 (CET) after the pilots’ union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) called for strike action.
Lufthansa have cancelled 800 flights at its Frankfurt and Munich hubs tomorrow (2nd September). The airline has announced it will work to return flight operations to normal as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, the effects of the strike may still lead to individual flight cancellations or delays on Saturday and Sunday.
CT Business Travel passengers affected by cancellations booked by us will be informed and rebooked on alternative flights if possible.
