The US is increasing the cost of its ESTA visa waiver from tomorrow (Thursday 26th May).
Currently those applying for the ESTA visa waiver have to pay $14 (£11.20), however from 26th May this will increase to $21 (£16.80).
The new price will apply until September 2027.
The ESTA system (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) allows arrivals from 40 participating countries, including the UK, to enter the US for up to 90 days without having to acquire a formal visa.
